Winners = Record companies. The losers-artists. Everything is as usual in other words. Digital music sales will save the cost of record companies. But there is nothing that artists benefit from, according to foreign research. Compared with record sales companies may get a larger proportion of income while the artists may get even less. SPEDIDAM was examining how money from a song purchased through iTunes distributed network service. The result: record companies are taking on average two thirds, but not more than 3 percent goes to the artist. It can be compared with the record company organization IFPI statistics on how money is distributed when you buy a CD. Then an average of one fifth of the company and 10 percent to the artist.

It becomes more and more Soundgarden. Yesterday they played at Lollapalooza in Chicago. It comes from Badmotorfinger-time and for any reason as it was then.
